A Major Step Toward Global Manufacturing Excellence

Manila, Philippines — November 2025Aromate Philippines Co. Inc., the Philippine subsidiary of Aromate Industries, has signed a long-term lease agreement with LIMA Land, Inc. for a 15,296-square-meter property at the LIMA Technology Center – Special Economic Zone (LTC-SEZ) in Batangas.

This milestone marks a significant step in Aromate’s global expansion strategy, positioning the Philippines as a key manufacturing hub empowered by our R&D center in Taiwan. This also underscores Aromate’s plan to expand manufacturing capability for car and home air-care products serving multiple export markets.

Long-Term Partnership with LIMA Land

Under the lease agreement, Aromate Philippines Co., Inc. will lease the land for an initial term of 50 years, with the option to extend for up to 99 years, reflecting Aromate’s deep commitment to sustainable, long-term operations in the country.

The total lease value of over US$2 million demonstrates Aromate’s confidence in the Philippines’ manufacturing infrastructure, skilled workforce, and advantageous trade environment.

This collaboration with LIMA Estate, a leading developer of industrial and economic zones in Batangas, provides Aromate with a strategic foundation for scaling production and enhancing export capabilities under PEZA’s incentive framework.

Supporting Global Trade Through Strategic Localization

The upcoming facility will significantly strengthen Aromate’s manufacturing capacity, enabling the company to produce a wider range of air care and fragrance products for multiple global markets. By operating within the PEZA special economic zone, Aromate gains access to preferential trade benefits, including zero-tariff export opportunities to partner economies in the Asia Pacific, Europe, Australia & New Zealand. In other words, these advantages are designed to benefit our distribution partners through more competitive landed costs, smoother cross-border flows, and improved pricing power in tariff-eligible markets.

This expansion represents a major leap in Aromate’s international growth strategy. Our investment in the Philippines is not only about regional presence — it’s about building a global manufacturing base that supports efficient, tariff-free trade across key markets.
