LIMA Lot Handover Marks Next Phase of Aromate’s Philippine Manufacturing Expansion

Batangas, Philippines — July 2026 — Aromate Industries has reached another major milestone in its regional growth strategy with the official handover of its new manufacturing site at LIMA Technology Center – Special Economic Zone (LTC-SEZ) in Malvar, Batangas, Philippines.

The lot handover ceremony, held on 24 July, marks the transition from project planning to construction, reinforcing Aromate's long-term commitment to expanding its manufacturing footprint across the Asia-Pacific region.

Through its Philippine subsidiary, Aromate PH Assets Corporation (APAC), the company is investing nearly PHP 500 million to establish a state-of-the-art production facility that will strengthen its ability to serve customers throughout ASEAN and global markets.

 Located within the PEZA-registered LIMA Estate, the new facility benefits from a well-developed industrial ecosystem, access to a skilled workforce, and efficient logistics connections to Metro Manila and the ports of Manila and Batangas.

The Philippine location may also create valuable trade advantages for qualifying exports to the European Union under the EU’s Generalised Scheme of Preferences Plus (GSP+). The Philippines is currently a GSP+ beneficiary, allowing eligible Philippine-origin products to enter the EU with zero or reduced import duties across a broad range of tariff lines, subject to product classification, rules of origin, documentation, and other applicable requirements.
